I signed my first remodel contract!

The complete home renovation will be in my beautiful hometown of Livermore, CA, and will include tent fumigation, asbestos abatement, a new roof, a new HVAC system, a new sewer line, a complete kitchen remodel, updated bathrooms, new recessed lighting, a full paint job, a new 200-amp panel and extensive landscaping. Time to roll up our sleeves!

The single family home's efficient 1,130-sqft floor plan (5,600-sqft lot) features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious backyard with mature citrus trees.
