In April 2019, Jake assisted his friend Austin with the purchase of a 1 Bed/1 Bath condo in Livermore.

While we were in escrow for the sale of Austin’s house at 4773 Lantana Ave, Jake was able to deftly procure the condo in contract with minimal contingencies, ultimately closing both deals in the same week!
