I've officially signed my first contract to manage a complete home renovation in my beautiful hometown of Livermore, CA! The big project will include tent fumigation, asbestos abatement, a new roof, a new HVAC system, a new sewer line, a complete kitchen remodel, updated bathrooms, new recessed lighting, a full paint job, a new 200-amp panel and extensive landscaping... Time to roll up our sleeves :)
